Infinity’s Four Step Process to Enhance Practice Performance

Practice Assessment:
Evaluate current practice operations and management systems to determine internal growth opportunities. Our evaluation is typically completed in a half day during which we observe practice operations and examine key performance indicators. It may include an analysis of scheduling, billing and insurance, recall, patient retention rate, confirmation systems, patient experience, and new patient intake.
Management Plan
We craft a comprehensive management plan that addresses both immediate and long-term needs. The management plan will include a budget, timeline and list those responsible for implementation of particular action items.
Implementation
During the implementation phase we provide guidance and resources that will help enable your team to execute our management plan. The implementation phase consists of in-office meetings, phone calls, or video conferences.
Measure Results
We will meet with the leadership and management team on a regular basis (typically monthly) to determine our progress. When necessary we will revise our management plan to optimize the effectiveness of our efforts.
